Project Management: Oversee, coordinate, and monitor all activities related to the selection of new program sites for federally funded, state-funded, and other grant-supported initiatives. Lead program setup, including procurement of all furnishings and contracts required for successful launch. Ensure each site and classroom completes all licensing requirements in alignment with established timelines and state regulations.

Nabeleh Ghareeb, is a business consultant and project manager for multiple non-profit agencies in the city of Detroit. Lead and manage projects in a turnkey process from strategic thoughts to creating state-of-the-art programs for non-profit agencies, Nabeleh served in various leadership roles in non-profit organizations and Higher education institutions, In her most recent roles as Chief Strategy and Administrative Officer at the Children Center of Wayne County, and Associate Vice president of Business and Auxiliary Operation at Wayne State

In 2021 Nabeleh was appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to the Commission on Middle Eastern American Affairs. Nabeleh volunteers with several organizations such as the Arab America Foundation, where she coordinated a project Recognizing Arab American Rising Leaders and she chaired the 2021 Empowerment Summit in Detroit. Nabeleh is active with the Arab American Women Business Council where she served two terms as President of the Council, and is still involved with the Grant Committee. Nabeleh completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management at Wayne State University and her master's degree in education administration and Postgraduate at the University of Toledo.
Tania Sekardi is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in procurement, data management, and operations. She has successfully led high-profile projects, including working with the City of Detroit on the largest residential demolition program in the country. At the Detroit Building Authority, Tania managed procurement for several city capital projects. At the Detroit Land Bank Authority, she managed Salesforce platform configurations, created training materials, and ensured data integrity across various programs. Tania also brings a strong background in data analysis and reporting and has utilized Salesforce and GIS tools to support teams with mapping, data reporting, and process improvement. With a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University and a Master's in Environmental Planning and Management and Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Illinois, she combines her expertise in project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful results.
